  • Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service skills are an asset
  • Candidates with previous experience in cash handling are encouraged to apply
  • Basic mathematics and counting skills
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
  • Must obtain Food Handling Certification in accordance with standards
  • Ability to observe assigned dress code
  • Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required

Job Duties

  • Skillfully manage a register/POS system to process payments efficiently and accurately, including cash and credit card transactions
  • Extend greetings and aid to customers, predicting their needs to ensure a satisfactory experience
  • Execute the brand's criteria while making and providing coffee, tea, and distinctive drinks to customers
  • Meet the location's standards by properly preparing and presenting food items to customers
  • Keep the cash drawer in order, complete the necessary cashier documentation, and process bank deposits efficiently
  • Uphold the cash handling policies and procedures specified by Aramark
  • Organize and disassemble coffee bar, designated areas, or retail facility, paying attention to cleanliness and systematic layout
  • Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by regularly sanitizing equipment and keeping the area orderly
  • Stock up on beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, serving utensils, and sauces
  • Comply with health and safety measures when preparing food and beverages to prevent contamination and promote cleanliness
  • Perform supplementary tasks as required by superiors
