We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time Coffee Baristas to join our dynamic team. This fast-paced, social role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and interested in specialty coffee and food preparation. As a Coffee Barista, you will play a critical role in creating memorable moments for our customers by preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and distinct drinks according to brand standards. You will also assist with food preparation and ensure that all products are presented to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing payment transactions efficiently using a register or POS system, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, and adhering strictly to Aramark's cash handling policies. The role requires excellent customer service skills, including greeting customers warmly, understanding and anticipating their needs, and ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.

Beyond customer interaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization is critical. You will be responsible for cleaning work areas and equipment regularly, stocking beverage coolers and ready-to-eat items, and following all health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and promote a hygienic environment. Physical duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods are part of the daily routine, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary to meet safety standards. This position demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
