Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food/beverage preparation is a plus
- Ability to operate coffee machines and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow recipes precisely
- Friendly and dependable with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and enter orders into register
- Tender payment
- Prepare beverage and food orders according to recipes
- Operate coffee shop machines
- Provide product knowledge and answer guest questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Ensure adherence to company service standards
