This role is primarily conducted in a store environment where associates encounter various working conditions, including exposure to temperatures of approximately 28 degrees Fahrenheit in the cooler and minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer. The job requires handling products in these colder environments, which adds an important physical component to the position.

The supervisor must also manage responsibilities related to sharp knives, occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards. Given the fast-paced nature of the Coffee Bar, this role involves managing multiple priorities and maintaining customer service levels even during stressful situations. Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables
  • must have the ability to do simple addition, subtraction, counting, and recording
  • must be able to understand and follow written, verbal or demonstrated instructions
  • must be able to write identifying information and request supplies orally or in writing
  • visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of less than 20 inches to less than 20 feet, with color vision and depth perception
  • must be able to read the descriptions on the boxes and shelf tags to order product and place merchandise in the proper locations
  • must be able to work shifts varying in length and times, including nights, weekends and holidays
