The Coffee Bar Attendant position at St. Louis Children9s Hospital is a full-time role offering an hourly wage between $16.75 and $20.06, commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. This role plays an integral part in creating a welcoming environment by serving coffee and related beverages to both internal staff and hospital visitors. Employees in this position are expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and product presentation, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure a friendly customer experience that aligns with the hospital9s commitment to quality service. The position features shifts from 6:30 AM to 3 PM and/or 11 AM to 7:30 PM and provides incentives such as daily pay availability. Duties include preparing Starbucks coffee drinks, handling customer sales transactions accurately and timely, adhering to cash-handling procedures, and keeping the coffee bar area sanitary and organized. Prior experience in customer service is considered a plus, adding value to the role.

- Less than 2 years of experience
- No supervisor experience
- Ability to perform cash-handling accurately
- Ability to prepare and serve coffee beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to work full-time shifts including early morning or evening

- Keeps service and work areas clean and sanitary
- Replenishes product as necessary
