Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
  • able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others
  • must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours
  • must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly
  • must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean and orderly section before, during, and after your shift
  • provide world class table service to each guest in a fast-paced environment
  • have a working knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits
  • serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • properly take orders and utilize POS to start, carry and closeout orders for guests
  • nurture working relationships with guests to help build clientele base and ensure specialized service
  • work closely with server assistants to ensure quality service and cleanliness
  • perform all duties as assigned by the manager on duty
  • obtain proper photo identification before serving guests to ensure legal drinking age
