Job Duties
- As an essential member of our Bar team, the Cocktail Support Staff plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations within the bar area
- You will be crucial in assisting our Bartenders, allowing them to concentrate on delivering exceptional beverage service and crafting memorable experiences for our Guests
- Contributes significantly to providing excellent drink service that complements our food and entertainment, enhancing the overall fun and excitement for our Guests
- Keeps the Bartender and immediate supervisor promptly informed of any low stock levels, spills, or equipment malfunctions, taking immediate action or suggesting resolutions
- Provides timely support by efficiently replenishing bar essentials, preparing drink garnishes, and ensuring ice supplies are adequate, helping to minimize Guest wait times
- Maintains a positive and helpful demeanor while supporting the Bartenders and proactively anticipating their needs during peak service periods
- Aids with Guest inquiries by communicating information to the Bartender and ensuring the bar environment is clean and well-organized for a positive Guest interaction
- Supports the Bartender by quickly and efficiently retrieving necessary ingredients, glassware, and other required items
- Ensures that used glassware is promptly collected and the bar area remains neat and organized throughout service
- Alerts the Bartender or Manager to any Guest issues or concerns observed at the bar
- Complies with all company rules and guidelines regarding responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
- Responsible for stocking and arranging all bar-related supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, in designated storage locations
- Assists with periodic inventory checks of bar stock as needed
- Checks and replenishes all required bar supplies before, during, and after service
- Reports any shortages to the Manager
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire bar area, including counters, shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas
- Provides assistance to other team members as required to ensure seamless overall operations
- Fosters positive working relationships with all Dave & Buster's team members to cultivate a supportive and productive atmosphere
