Job Requirements

  • Preferred experience in bartending
  • Knowledge of bartending foundations, drink formulas, and current innovations in the industry
  • Possess ability to obtain all essential Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
  • Physical ability to intermittently lift, carry, push, or pull loads weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of bartending foundations, drink formulas, and current innovations in the industry
  • Certification: Possess the ability to obtain all essential Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
  • Shows outstanding hospitality by being friendly and having a comprehensive understanding of beverages
  • Exhibits efficiency in multitasking and organization, with a keen focus on maintaining accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Physical Specifications: Demands intermittent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling loads weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Enjoys the hustle and bustle of a lively work environment

Job Duties

  • Develop your mixology skills as a Cocktail Specialist with Aramark if you prefer to see the world positively
  • Serving our customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will allow you to use your expertise to elevate our meals while being surrounded by enthusiastic leaders and coworkers
  • Making mixed drinks, pouring other drinks, or handling cash will all provide you the opportunity to discover consumer preferences, pick up trends, form relationships, and plan your next move
  • Offer welcoming remarks to visitors, document their choices, and conduct financial transactions through cash and credit card processing
  • Create and deliver a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Supply servers with drinks from the service well, if that is the protocol
  • Adhere to the alcohol service procedures and safe drinking principles, which include checking patrons' identification to confirm they are above the legal drinking age
  • Execute cash management tasks according to the designated guidelines and procedures
  • Establish and take down workstation arrangements, including the cleaning and sterilization aspects
  • Perform inventory audits and maintain suitable product quantities
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by offering excellent service and anticipating their requirements
  • Maintain a pleasant manner when dealing with visitors, clients, and team members
  • Preserve the security of corporate belongings
