Job Requirements

  • Experience in bartending preferred
  • ability to obtain all essential certifications related to alcohol service
  • availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull loads up to 25 lbs
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible alcohol service environment

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in bartending
  • knowledge of bartending foundations
  • familiarity with drink formulas
  • awareness of current innovations in the industry
  • ability to obtain required Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Offer welcoming remarks to visitors
  • document their choices
  • conduct financial transactions through cash and credit card processing
  • create and deliver a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • supply servers with drinks from the service well if protocol requires
  • adhere to alcohol service procedures and safe drinking principles
  • check patrons' identification to confirm legal drinking age
  • execute cash management tasks according to guidelines
  • establish and take down workstation arrangements including cleaning and sterilization
  • perform inventory audits and maintain suitable product quantities
  • prioritize guest satisfaction by offering excellent service and anticipating needs
  • maintain a pleasant manner when dealing with visitors, clients, and team members
  • preserve the security of corporate belongings
