Job Duties
- create and serve beverages based on established recipes
- keep a clean and orderly bar setting
- ensure efficient bar operations from setup to closing
- arrange and maintain cleanliness of bar area, counter, tables, and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for beverages
- keep ice, glassware, and paper products stocked
- count cash at shift end and complete cashier paperwork
- resolve cash discrepancies and secure cash
- safeguard alcohol, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage spaces
- complete end-of-day tasks
- comply with security policies and procedures
- report incidents or unsafe conditions to supervisor
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain consistent and neat personal presentation
- secure proprietary information and corporate assets
- welcome and address guests according to company guidelines
- acknowledge and cater to guests’ needs with genuine gratitude
- communicate clearly and professionally
- establish and maintain constructive working relationships
