Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting preferred
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compliance with health and safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant
In-depth knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer
Exceptional multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and efficiency under pressure
Outstanding guest engagement and communication skills
Capacity to stand for long periods and lift bar equipment as necessary
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must adhere to all alcohol service guidelines and represent the brand professionally

Job Duties

Craft and serve signature cocktails, classic drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the high-quality standards of THE ONE GROUP
Possess expert-level knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes
Engage with guests to offer menu recommendations and enhance their experience
Process drink orders efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Uphold proper cash handling procedures, including credit card transactions and accurate change
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized bar before, during, and after shifts
Garnish drinks, replenish snacks, and present beverages attractively
Assist with food orders for bar guests and ensure prompt delivery
Comply with health and safety regulations while maintaining high sanitation standards
Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management
Perform blind cash drops in the safe at the end of each shift
Support the front-of-house team by assisting with food running, bussing tables, and helping hosts as needed
