Job Duties
- Create and serve beverages based on established recipes
- keep a clean and orderly bar setting
- ensure efficient bar operations from setup to close
- arrange and maintain cleanliness of bar area, counter, tables, and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for beverages
- keep ice, glassware, and paper products stocked
- count cash at shift end and complete cashier paperwork
- resolve discrepancies and secure cash
- safeguard alcohol, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage spaces
- complete end-of-day tasks
- comply with organizational security policies
- report incidents of harm or unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and obtain certifications
- maintain professional personal presentation
