Job Description
Varsity Pins in The City Forum, located in Clarksville, TN, is a vibrant and dynamic entertainment venue seeking personable Bartenders to join their team and contribute to an energetic and engaging atmosphere. Varsity Pins is part of Project 2231, a family-owned Hospitality and Entertainment company that operates multiple successful establishments, including Miss Lucille's Marketplace, Miss Lucille's Café, Dock 17, The City Forum, ACME Athletics, and Varsity Pins.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Must obtain a TABC license within the first 30 days of employment
- Working knowledge of standard drink recipes
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Understanding of different alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, and garnishments
- Familiarity with bar equipment
- Mixology knowledge is a plus
- Numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Capable of standing for long periods and frequently lifting up to 30 pounds
