The role at Live Nation centers on delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, live entertainment environment. The ideal candidate will anticipate and respond to guests’ needs warmly and proactively, suggestively sell beverages and menu items, take orders accurately using point of sale systems, and maintain a clean and safe atmosphere throughout their shift. They will also enforce responsible alcohol service policies, recognize signs of intoxication, and maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This position requires excellent communication, physical endurance to serve drinks and clear tables efficiently in crowded venues, and a positive attitude. Working late hours and handling intense, loud environments are part of the everyday experience.

- cash handling experience preferred
- experience recognizing valid IDs preferred
- experience in a live music environment preferred
Job Duties
- anticipate and respond to guests' needs
- suggestively sell beverages and menu items
- take orders
- answer guest questions and make recommendations
- communicate drink orders through point of sales system
- deliver drinks maneuvering trays through large crowds
- maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area
- remove dirty glasses and dishes from tables including lifting or moving bus tubs up to 25 lbs
- keep tables clean and wiped
- clean spills and remove food or trash from floor using proper lifting techniques
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- follow housekeeping standards per company policy
- keep current on all standard operating procedures
- request identification from guests who appear under 30
- ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and company policies
- recognize when guests are intoxicated and refuse service courteously
- receive payment and process cash, credit card, or traveler’s check transactions
- ensure comp and void checks are processed according to company policy
- assist other servers and staff as needed
