Job Requirements
- One year of experience in a similar or supportive role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn and present product and allergy information
- Basic math skills
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
- Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability

- At least one year of previous experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred
- Highly motivated and able to take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests
- Basic math skills for accurate billing
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Receive and process orders in POS system in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure guests have an outstanding experience and address complaints immediately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas
- Perform setup and breakdown of various stations such as deli, dessert, coffee, espresso
- Prepare drink condiments when necessary
- Assist with seating guests and answering phones as business demands
- Perform all other sidework
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
