Job Requirements

  • One year of experience in a similar or supportive role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to learn and present product and allergy information
  • Basic math skills
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
  • Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of previous experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests
  • Basic math skills for accurate billing
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications if applicable
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Receive and process orders in POS system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure guests have an outstanding experience and address complaints immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas
  • Perform setup and breakdown of various stations such as deli, dessert, coffee, espresso
  • Prepare drink condiments when necessary
  • Assist with seating guests and answering phones as business demands
  • Perform all other sidework
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
