Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years experience in high volume restaurant and/or nightclub preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Tennessee alcohol certification
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and neat appearance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- Must comply with all Tennessee state and federal liquor laws
- Ability to work private events occasionally
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year experience in high volume restaurant or nightclub
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possession of current Tennessee Alcohol Certificate
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor brands
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume environment
- Awareness of local and national nightclub scene
- Basic knowledge of entertainment, beverage, music, and style trends
- Ability to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
- Respectful, honest, and trustworthy character
- Ability to work private events with variable hours
Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly with a smile and friendly attitude
- Verbally engage and network with guests throughout the shift
- Provide guests with accurate information about venue, menus, and policies
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- Anticipate guest needs and service requirements
- Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- Inform management promptly of complaints, comments, or incidents
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies
- Maintain all steps of service and elevated entertainment experience standards
- Appear in approved uniform for all shifts
- Organize and prioritize service per steps of service sequences
- Take bottle and beverage orders and communicate to service bar via POS terminal
- Check orders for accuracy and presentation
- Garnish beverages as per standard recipes and specifications
- Promptly deliver and present orders to appropriate sections and tables
- Prepare guest checks using POS terminal functions
- Verify guest identification for debit or credit card payments
- Process guest payments by cash, debit/credit card
- Collect required signatures
- Ensure accurate accounting of all monies and sign cash out envelopes legibly
- Ensure complete and proper check out procedures
- Recognize intoxication warning signs and report to management
- Comply with all safety, health, and liquor laws including Tennessee Alcohol Certificate requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Complete nightly and opening/closing duties
- Represent the brand properly when wearing uniform or branded apparel
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and contribute to marketing efforts
- Produce a 5–20 person guest list during pre-shift meetings
- Book a minimum of 3 tables per month
- Provide contact information for booked guest lists and tables
- Collect contact information for walk-in table guests and submit to hosts or management
- Assist peers with tables and guests when needed
