Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a similar food and beverage role
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • eligibility to work legally in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service at a property or restaurant of similar size
  • ability to work full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage service protocols
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • understanding of federal, state, and local alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
