Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high-end bar or restaurant
High school diploma or GED
Basic spirit, wine, and beer knowledge
Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
Ability to enforce alcohol consumption policies
Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
Effective verbal communication skills in English
Ability to improvise in guest interactions
Adherence to scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
Maintenance of necessary work licensing such as TAM, Sheriff’s, and Non-Gaming cards
Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Must demonstrate a peculiar or unexpected talent
Must be at least 21 years old
Passed background check
Valid US work authorization

Job Qualifications

Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to enforce company policies regarding alcohol consumption

Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Able to improvise during guest interactions
Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Must maintain any necessary licensing and work cards such as TAM Card, Sheriff’s Card, and Non-Gaming Card
Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Must audition with a unique or unexpected talent
Must be at least 21 years old
Successful background check clearance prior to hire
Valid work authorization for the US

Job Duties

Staying guest-focused and providing exceptional service by making a positive impression on the guest
Serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas of the FOH including the Tent, the Garden, and VIP areas
Actively engaging in the company’s antiracist commitment and internal practices
Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
Participating in in-house modeling programs, special and banquet events, social media marketing, and promotional presenter tasks
Checking identification to ensure customers are legal age to purchase alcohol and maintaining awareness of all relevant state laws
Ensuring proper set-up and maintenance of stations, including performing opening and closing duties
Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and balancing the cash register
Adhering to staff privileges and responsibilities and maintaining professionalism in appearance and behavior at all times
Following seasonal uniform and appearance requirements
Performing other duties as assigned by management
