Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience serving in a high-end bar or restaurant
High school diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
Experience in handling cash and credit card transactions
Ability to use Toast POS system is a plus
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to enforce alcohol consumption policies
Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
Ability to tolerate hazards including slips and falls
Proficient English communication skills
Ability to improvise during guest interactions
Able to perform all required job responsibilities
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Maintaining required licenses and work permits including TAM Card, Sheriff’s Card, Non-Gaming Card
Commitment to safety and sanitation
Must audition with a peculiar or unexpected talent
Ability to improvise at a moment’s notice
Minimum age of 21
Successful background check
Valid US work authorization

Job Duties

Staying guest-focused and providing exceptional service by making a positive impression on the guest
Serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas of the FOH including the Tent, the Garden, and VIP areas
Actively engaging in antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in learnings and conversations around equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
Creating a work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
Participating in in-house modeling programs, special events, banquet events, social media marketing, and model/presenter tasks and promotions
Checking identification to ensure customers are legal age to purchase alcohol
Ensuring proper set-up and maintenance of stations and performing all opening and closing duties
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and balancing the cash register
Adhering to staff privileges and responsibilities
Maintaining professionalism in appearance and behavior
Adhering to seasonal uniform and appearance requirements
Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
