Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent required
familiarity with cocktails, spirits, and wine selections
previous experience in a similar guest-facing role preferred
strong communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance
ability to follow safety and operational instructions
capable of reading and communicating in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
familiarity with a variety of cocktails, spirits, and wine selections to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests
previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar guest-facing role preferred
strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and members in a fast-paced environment
willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the lounge's operational needs
must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages in your location

Job Duties

Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly and approachable demeanor, engaging in courteous and attentive interactions throughout their visit
take cocktail and drink orders from guests, accurately inputting them into the system for preparation by the bar staff
efficiently deliver beverages to guests, ensuring drinks are served promptly and in pristine condition
suggest premium or specialty cocktails, as well as additional menu items, to enhance the guests' experience and increase sales
familiarize yourself with the cocktail menu and wine selections, providing insightful recommendations and descriptions to guests
monitor tables and seating areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and set up to accommodate guests comfortably
process cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash-handling procedures
