We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Beverage Server to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests across our multiple bar and restaurant venues. The primary responsibilities include taking and delivering drink and food orders efficiently while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and guidelines. Candidates will be expected to greet guests warmly, operate the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system with accuracy, and collaborate closely with bartenders, servers, hosts, and other team members to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of beverage offerings, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Beverage Server position is crucial in maintaining the positive reputation of Pueblo of Sandia by upholding all health and safety standards, maintaining a neat and professional appearance, and supporting a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and respect. Responsibilities will include monitoring guests for signs of intoxication and responsibly limiting service when necessary, supporting daily operational and communication meetings, ensuring the cleanliness of the cocktail and dining areas, and upholding the highest standards of personal hygiene and customer service etiquette. Successful candidates will be comfortable handling cash and credit transactions, upselling premium beverages, and engaging guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
