Our establishment prides itself on creating a fun and engaging environment where guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, premium liquors, and exceptional hospitality. As a leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of service while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. We foster a collaborative work culture that values professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork among all staff members.

The Cocktail Server role is a vital part of our team, focusing on providing outstanding beverage and food service to our guests in a fast-paced nightclub setting. The primary responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, taking their beverage and food orders promptly, serving cocktails and menu items with professionalism, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their visit. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who can maintain professionalism while engaging guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor. The server will also be expected to communicate effectively with co-workers and kitchen staff, utilizing the point of sales system efficiently to facilitate smooth service flow.

This position demands great knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments to enhance the guest experience and maximize upselling opportunities. The Cocktail Server must consistently check guests' identification to comply with legal drinking age regulations and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving, reporting any issues to management promptly. Side work and the accurate accounting of sales and payments are important tasks, along with alerting management to any service or safety concerns. Coordination with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other departments is essential to maintain quality service standards. As nights, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required, flexibility and a commitment to providing excellent service at all times are critical for success in this role.
