The position in focus is a Bartender role located within the casino property. This role is integral to maintaining the excellent guest experience Osage Casinos pride themselves on. The Bartender is responsible not only for mixing, taking orders, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages but also for providing a friendly, professional, and courteous service to every guest. The role requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in their assigned areas, adhering to all company standards and regulatory policies while working in a high-volume bar environment. Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to fit a size 10 or smaller for women's attire
Must be able to fit a size 36 waist for men's attire
Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license
Gaming, hospitality or customer service industry experience preferred
Previous experience in a high volume bar and cash handling is preferred
Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license
Required to maintain a valid Driver's License
Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States
Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos

Job Duties

Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter
Effectively communicates concerns and information to supervisor and listens to communication from supervisor
Effectively relates ideas for improvements to supervisor and management in accordance with chain of command
Takes orders and serves alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
Provides timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner
Keeps assigned areas clean and clear of empty drink containers and trash
Constantly looks for service opportunities
Maintains a proper, complete, and clean uniform
Uses all available resources to complete essential duties and responsibilities
May be required to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required by the reporting senior
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
Provides excellent internal and external guest services, treating internal and external guests with courtesy and consideration at all times
Cooperates and communicates with all fellow employees, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude
Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance
