The Cocktail Server position at Hotel Mockingbird is a key role within the food and beverage team, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. This is a non-exempt role designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging beverage service to guests in both the lounge and dining areas. The Cocktail Server is responsible for ensuring an elevated guest experience through exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of craft cocktails, wine, and spirits.
