The current opportunity at Boyd Gaming involves a dynamic role focused on guest service within the exciting and fast-paced environment of casino lounges, restaurants, and gaming areas. This position requires a friendly, courteous, and efficient approach to servicing beverages to guests, ensuring that each individual has an enjoyable experience. The role entails actively circulating throughout assigned work stations, engaging guests with a welcoming demeanor, accurately taking beverage orders, and delivering drinks promptly. The ability to carry and balance trays full of beverages, often weighing up to 10 pounds, is essential for physical endurance and customer satisfaction in this role.

Key responsibilities also include understanding and relaying drink orders to bartenders, computing charges accurately, handling payments, and maintaining an accurate bank throughout the shift. Additionally, this role involves providing complimentary beverages following company policies, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, remain standing and mobile during shifts, and have the capacity to undergo any necessary licensing and certification processes required by the company or governmental regulations.
