Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or bar support role
- motivated and proactive attitude
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
- ability to multitask effectively
- capability to learn and retain product and menu details
- basic math proficiency
- valid food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if required
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar or supportive role preferred
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
- strong knowledge of wine and spirits
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
- basic math skills for cash and credit card handling
- food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if applicable
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly
- serve food and beverages efficiently
- receive and process orders using POS system
- ensure outstanding guest experience and promptly address complaints
- maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas
- perform setup and breakdown of various stations such as deli, dessert, coffee, and espresso
- prepare drink condiments as needed
- assist with seating guests and answering phones
- perform all other sidework
- take on additional responsibilities as required
