Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or bar support role
  • motivated and proactive attitude
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • capability to learn and retain product and menu details
  • basic math proficiency
  • valid food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if required
  • availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar or supportive role preferred
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • strong knowledge of wine and spirits
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • ability to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
  • basic math skills for cash and credit card handling
  • food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if applicable
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly
  • serve food and beverages efficiently
  • receive and process orders using POS system
  • ensure outstanding guest experience and promptly address complaints
  • maintain cleanliness of tables, countertops, and work areas
  • perform setup and breakdown of various stations such as deli, dessert, coffee, and espresso
  • prepare drink condiments as needed
  • assist with seating guests and answering phones
  • perform all other sidework
  • take on additional responsibilities as required
