The role of Cocktail Server at the Hilton Santa Clara is a dynamic position that combines excellent customer service skills with a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders in a courteous and efficient manner, serving guests in the restaurant, and ensuring their overall experience exceeds expectations. In addition to serving food and beverages, Cocktail Servers are expected to maintain a clean and organized lounge area, assist bartenders, and complete side work tasks to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail is critical, from setting tables with clean menus and candles to making sure condiments accompany the correct dishes. - Clear cocktail tables and clean dining areas using proper methods
- Assist bartender as necessary to meet guests’ expectations
- Complete all side work assignments
