Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings
- ensure all orders are served in compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
