Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously
take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently
provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings
ensure all orders are served in compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
