Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
minimum six months of closely related serving experience
ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs
capability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policies
comfortable conversing with customers
willingness to work in a water-exposed environment

Job Qualifications

Six months of related serving experience
experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly manner
knowledge of customer service policies
ability to comply with adult beverage serving regulations
capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the station

Job Duties

Takes food and beverage orders
enters orders quickly and accurately
serves food and beverages to guests
coordinates with the kitchen to ensure timely service
checks on guest satisfaction after food delivery
maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and clearing clutter
handles payment transactions and provides change as needed
