Live Nation’s Concerts Division is a vibrant place where tours take shape, artists thrive, and fans experience the exhilaration of live music. The division covers everything from dozens of owned and operated Amphitheaters to global touring teams, ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales. The work culture is fun, upbeat, and filled with opportunities, enhanced by perks like free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, and progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement, adoption, and fertility support. Recognized as a Great Place to Work and listed among People Magazine’s "50 Companies that Care," Live Nation prioritizes inclusivity, enabling employees to bring their whole selves to work while pursuing their career and personal goals.
The role being offered is that of a Beverage Server at the House of Blues, a Live Nation venue. This position involves delivering excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to guests' needs in a fast-paced environment. The server will be responsible for suggestively selling beverages and menu items, taking and communicating orders, and maintaining a safe and inviting atmosphere throughout the shift. The individual will handle drink preparations, ensure sanitation and safety standards are upheld, and manage payment transactions responsibly. They must also be adept at recognizing intoxicated guests and act in accordance with responsible alcohol service policies to prioritize safety.
The position offers a flexible schedule but requires the ability to work late hours, engage with a diverse range of cultures, music, and art forms, and participate actively in a high-energy, often loud and fast-moving environment. Physical demands include prolonged standing and the capability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds using proper techniques. Compensation for this role is estimated between $12.62 and $16.60 per hour, depending on factors such as location, qualifications, skills, experience, and other internal and external market considerations.
