The Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting guests enthusiastically, taking and serving drink orders accurately, and ensuring all monetary transactions comply with departmental policies. Attention to maintaining a tidy workspace and restocking supplies as needed is also critical for the success of this position. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational knowledge of beverage service, preferably with prior experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting.   • Minimum six months previous experience required
  • Must have basic beverage serving knowledge

  • Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms

Job Duties

  • Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail orders
  • Order and serve cocktails to customers
  • Pick up dirty glasses and ashtrays from assigned station ensuring optimal maintenance of station, keeping clear of beverage debris
  • Serve hot and cold beverages
  • Serve beer, wine and cocktails
  • Handle monetary transactions in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation
  • Stock items in proper location
  • Interact with guests in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
