- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred six months of related experience
- Ability to demonstrate high level of service delivery
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in lounges restaurants or gaming areas in a friendly and courteous manner
- Serve beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and make recommendations
- Carry and balance trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Demonstrate high levels of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs
- Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications
