Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- past serving experience
- certification of alcohol awareness program preferred
- training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
- cpr certification preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to work independently and in team environments
- good communication skills in english
- ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications

- past serving experience required

- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- prepare dining room and back of house areas for service
- welcome guests and attend to their needs
- assist in monitoring guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and immaculate condition of all service areas
- possess extensive product knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- speak articulately and confidently to guests and groups
- create a positive and supportive team environment
- assist with daily prep work and table maintenance
- adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- maintain professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- uphold resort policies and core values
- perform other duties as assigned
