Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol
  • past serving experience
  • certification of alcohol awareness program preferred
  • training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
  • cpr certification preferred
  • basic math skills
  • ability to work independently and in team environments
  • good communication skills in english
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferred
  • minimum 21 years of age to mix and serve alcohol
  • past serving experience required
  • certification in alcohol awareness preferred
  • training in food, wine, and liquor service preferred
  • cpr certification preferred
  • ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as a team member
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • prepare dining room and back of house areas for service
  • welcome guests and attend to their needs
  • assist in monitoring guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
  • maintain cleanliness and immaculate condition of all service areas
  • possess extensive product knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • speak articulately and confidently to guests and groups
  • create a positive and supportive team environment
  • assist with daily prep work and table maintenance
  • adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
  • maintain professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
  • uphold resort policies and core values
  • perform other duties as assigned
