Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or serving role preferred
  • Food handler certification and alcohol awareness certification if applicable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environment
  • Capacity to learn and communicate detailed product, menu, and allergy information
  • Proficient in POS system use or ability to learn quickly
  • Accurate handling of billing and credit card transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal presentation skills
  • Motivation to deliver highly personalized guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role preferred
  • Food handler and alcohol awareness certifications if applicable
  • Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn restaurant POS system
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
  • Highly motivated and flexible with ability to take initiative
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide support and assistance to team while keeping areas clean, dry and safe
  • Greet and welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
  • Receive and take guest orders, process in POS system quickly and accurately
  • Prepare and serve meal accompaniments to guests
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus
  • Ensure guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience and relay complaints to management
  • Perform sidework including setup and breakdown of stations such as deli, dessert, coffee, espresso
  • Open bottled wine for guests
  • Assist with setting and bussing tables, taking to-go orders, seating guests, and answering phones
  • Attend all company and restaurant required trainings and meetings
  • Maintain constant communication with support staff and management
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
