We are currently seeking dedicated and personable individuals to join our front-line hospitality team as Service Station Attendants. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service stations are impeccably maintained and prepped throughout your shifts, contributing directly to the seamless operation of our dining and beverage services. You will greet guests warmly, provide detailed explanations of specials and promotions, and take beverage orders accurately using a point-of-sale system. This position requires a strong memory for a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, including all call and premium brands, along with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests. Additionally, attendants must continuously replenish beverages and check back with guests to assure satisfaction while efficiently managing payments and closing interactions.

Beyond guest service, you will be instrumental in upholding strict adherence to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor laws, particularly concerning the service of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, safeguarding the resort’s compliance and reputation. Your contribution to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning work area will be essential in supporting the overall guest experience. The job requires constant physical activity including walking, standing, frequent bending, and reaching, with occasional stair climbing and lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
