Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Understands and complies with company rules and regulations
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency
  • Must be RAMP certified
  • Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds unassisted
  • Able to work entire shift in full costume without accommodations
  • Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
  • Must be able to work in smoke-filled environments
  • Must have full working knowledge of POS
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • RAMP certification
  • Valid gaming license as required by state
  • Understanding of Responsible Gaming Program
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • Provide fast and efficient service with accuracy
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu products and guide guest selections
  • Alert management of any service or safety issues
  • Perform service recovery according to guidelines
  • Input orders through POS register and manage cash handling
  • Carry trays of food and beverages and replenish as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas
  • Ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations
  • Abide by company appearance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
