The hiring establishment is a large-scale casino and entertainment complex renowned for its dynamic and vibrant atmosphere. Spanning over 100,000 square feet and employing approximately 500 staff members, this leading casino offers guests a diverse and thrilling gaming and entertainment experience. This particular role is centered on delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. The function focuses on providing courteous and efficient service at the restaurant and bar sections of the casino. Employees in this role will be responsible for representing the establishment’s core service standards: maintaining a CLEAN and pristine environment, ensuring SAFE and comfortable experiences, delivering FAST and accurate service, being FRIENDLY and engaging with guests using the H.E.A.R.T. approach, and contributing to a FUN and energetic team atmosphere. This job requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about menu offerings, attentive to guest needs, and able to handle cash and regulatory compliance with accountability.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in all food and beverage menu items, enabling them to guide guests expertly and promote sales effectively. Responsibilities also include alerting management to any service or safety concerns, performing service recovery as needed, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal liquor laws and casino gaming regulations. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and regulatory adherence is paramount. Staff must be comfortable working in fast-paced, smoke-filled environments and be prepared to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and endurance are critical for this job, as it involves prolonged periods of standing and walking briskly, carrying trays of food and beverages, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. Employees must also demonstrate the ability to work full shifts in full uniform or costume without accommodations. This position requires obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications such as RAMP and state gaming licenses. Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Understands and complies with company rules and regulations
- Must obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency
- Must be RAMP certified
- Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems
- RAMP certification
- Valid gaming license as required by state
- Understanding of Responsible Gaming Program
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Provide fast and efficient service with accuracy
- Be knowledgeable about all menu products and guide guest selections
- Alert management of any service or safety issues
- Perform service recovery according to guidelines
- Input orders through POS register and manage cash handling
- Carry trays of food and beverages and replenish as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas
- Ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations
- Abide by company appearance standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
