Job Requirements

must have minimum of 2 years experience in upscale dining and nightlife service
valid TIPS or equivalent certification
high school diploma or equivalent
flexible schedule, including ability to work late hours
adherence to dress and appearance guidelines
ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
strong communication and customer service skills
experience with cash handling and POS systems
ability to manage intoxicated guests safely
must possess work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship

Job Qualifications

TIPS responsible alcohol awareness training certification or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues
working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and responsible alcohol service
ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
high school diploma or equivalent
flexible schedule
ability to adhere to dress and appearance guidelines
knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, drink recipes, and POS systems
ability to deal with intoxicated guests positively
3 years of experience interacting with people in a positive environment
tolerance of diverse cultures, music, and art forms

Job Duties

serve food and beverages to guests with a cheerful attitude
recognize and appreciate Foundation Room Members, corporate executives, and VIPs
demonstrate impeccable knowledge of upscale dining service standards
confidently perform bottle and wine service
up-sell and recommend food and beverage items
guide guests through their dining experience with expertise
handle cash and POS transactions accurately
manage intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue
assist other servers and staff as needed
attend pre-shift meetings with managers
