Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in upscale dining and nightlife venue
- TABC Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Flexible schedule including late hours
- Must adhere to dress and appearance guidelines
- Ability to deal with intoxicated guests positively and safely
- Minimum 2 years bottle service experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Must possess work authorization
- Tolerance of diverse cultures and music
Job Qualifications
- TABC Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years serving experience in upscale dining and nightlife venue
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with friendly attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work late hours
- Knowledge of cocktail tray service and drink recipes
- Experience dealing positively with intoxicated guests
- Minimum 2 years bottle service experience
- Minimum 3 years experience interacting positively with people
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
- Point of Sales knowledge preferred
- Interest in wines, spirits and mixology preferred
- Interest in nightlife preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Experience recognizing valid IDs preferred
- Experience in live music environment preferred
Job Duties
- Give proper recognition to Foundation Room Members, Live Nation Corporate Executives and VIPs
- Demonstrate impeccable knowledge of upscale dining service steps
- Exhibit expert confidence in bottle and wine service
- Up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests
- Guide and direct guests through their dining experience
- Execute flawlessly the standards and procedures of Bottle Service
- Maintain professional grooming standards
- Handle cash and operate Point of Sales systems
- Manage intoxicated guests safely and positively
- Anticipate and respond to guests needs
- Suggestively sell beverages and menu items
- Communicate drink orders accurately to bar
- Deliver drinks skillfully through large crowds
- Maintain atmosphere control by circulating work area
- Remove dirty dishes and clean tables
- Clean spills and maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Request identification from guests under 30 years
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and recognize intoxicated guests
- Process payments including cash and credit
- Assist other servers and attend pre-shift meetings
