We are currently seeking an experienced Cocktail Server to join our talented team at Altitude Sky Lounge. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of 17.25 dollars, with eligibility for overtime pay. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work a minimum of three shifts per week and up to five shifts as needed, primarily on Wednesdays and Thursdays with additional shifts possible on Fridays and Saturdays. Shifts start as early as 4 pm but can extend late into the evening, until 2 am, and during baseball season or special events, shifts may begin as early as 1 pm. In this position, you'll be a key player in delivering outstanding guest service, ensuring our patrons receive prompt and smiling hospitality from the moment they enter the lounge until their departure. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, taking beverage and food orders accurately, and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu to enhance the customer experience. Communication with bartenders and beverage ambassadors will be essential to maintain seamless service throughout your shift. Additionally, you'll handle billing and payment processes responsibly, assist with bar area duties as needed, and maintain cleanliness and stock of service items. With a strong focus on maintaining a polished appearance and a positive attitude, you will contribute to the energetic atmosphere that defines Altitude Sky Lounge.
