Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
At least 1 year of cocktail serving experience in a high-volume casino, bar, or restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails
Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting with strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to have a flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Food Handlers Card
Must be able to obtain a Nevada TAM Card
Ability to submit to a background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm, approachable attitude and take beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and professionalism
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and casino events
Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
Keep assigned sections clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
Accurately process guest transactions using the POS system
Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, and fellow servers to maintain smooth service operations
Anticipate guest needs and offer prompt, proactive service
Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and uniform appearance
