Beeline Easton is a vibrant and dynamic bar and restaurant located in the bustling Easton area, known for its exceptional selection of beer, wine, and craft cocktails made with fresh, local ingredients. Drawing inspiration from the historic Beeline railway that connected Columbus and Cincinnati, the establishment offers a unique gathering place for guests to enjoy locally sourced drinks and an inviting atmosphere. Beeline Easton boasts a spacious patio wrapping around three-quarters of the building, featuring popular yard games such as Giant Jenga and cornhole. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cocktail Server to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience by maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere while being attentive to guests' needs. As a Cocktail Server, you will be expected to have extensive knowledge of our bar products, service standards, and daily specials, including awareness of any events and parties happening in the venue. Your ability to prioritize service efficiently will be crucial as you balance the demands of a lively bar environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in bars, restaurants, or the hospitality industry, with a strong customer service orientation. You must be available to work weekends, weekend late nights, and evenings, reflecting the busy hours of operation. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous server or bar/restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
Weekend, weekend late night and evening availability required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency with POS systems
Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
Adherence to dress code and professional appearance
Ability to engage positively with guests

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Previous server or bar/restaurant/hospitality industry experience preferred
Maintained alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required

Job Duties

Maintain knowledge of beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties through pre-shift meetings and communications
Engage and converse easily and positively with guests
Adhere to dress code, appearance and grooming standards
Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
