Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
- Weekend, weekend late night, and evening availability required
- Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
- Must adhere to dress code and grooming standards
- Must provide fast, accurate service
- Ability to engage positively with guests
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Previous server or bar/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with POS systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Hospitality mindset
Job Duties
- Ensure guests have a great experience by creating a fun environment and remaining aware of guests' needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bar products, service standards, and daily specials
- Prioritize service and execute accordingly during busy periods
- Engage and converse positively with guests to enhance enjoyment
- Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards
- Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
