Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server or bar/restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Weekend, weekend late night, and evening availability is a must
- Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events, and parties
- Ability to engage and converse easily and positively with guests
- Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards
- Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
- Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
- Must demonstrate a hospitality mindset
- Expected to maintain professional manner throughout shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient with POS systems
Job Qualifications
