Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules and regulations
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Ability to memorize drink orders
Flexibility to work days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Offer every guest in the gaming area a beverage every 15 to 20 minutes
Promote drink specials and describe nightly entertainment such as DJ and piano player
Repeat order back to guest to confirm accuracy
Serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
Maintain clean workstation and cleanliness of service section
Pick up empty glasses and bottles regularly and return glassware for cleaning
Order drinks in the proper sequence and order supplies when needed
Exemplify core values, family style service, mission and vision
Exemplify diversity, equity, and inclusion culture
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
