Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- at least one-year food and beverage experience preferred
- at least six months experience with POS systems preferred
- must have valid Food Handler's card and RBS certification upon hire
- ability to stand throughout the shift with intermittent walking and stair climbing
- frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height
- frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- frequently bend, squat, push and pull
- ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions
- perform tasks requiring simple grasping, fine manipulation, squeezing, overhead reaching and repetitive hand and arm movements
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Provide warm and genuine customer service
- take food and beverage orders using POS systems
- brew coffee and tea and prepare espresso-based drinks
- maintain supply stock before, during and after shifts
- keep dining areas clean and orderly including sweeping and vacuuming
- verify age for alcohol consumption
- upsell resort services and amenities
- ensure safety by reporting hazards
- assist with removal of service ware
- communicate resort activity information to guests
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
- close out transactions efficiently
