Job Requirements
- Must represent Vines mission, vision and values
- At least 21 years of age
- A minimum of 2-years experience as a cocktail server in a full-service restaurant or bar lounge environment required
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
- Ability to perform essential functions to Vines standards with reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications

- Ability to provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
- Must demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience
- A minimum of 2-years experience as a cocktail server in a full-service restaurant or bar lounge environment required
- Demonstrated ability to guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our food, beverages and ingredients
- Ability to take accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests expectations
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food
- Takes customer orders by writing them down or memorizing them
- Presents orders to the cooks on behalf of the patrons
- Serves customers their pre-ordered food
- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
- Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier
- Clears or resets table at the end of each course
- Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining
