Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending preferred
- Ability to obtain alcohol service certification required by Aramark and local/state laws
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds intermittently
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Proficiency in bartending fundamentals and cocktail recipes
- Knowledge of modern industry trends
- Ability to secure mandatory alcohol service certifications
- Strong hospitality skills with friendly demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision and thoroughness
- Physical ability to lift and move loads up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Offer salutations to patrons, record their selections, and manage monetary transactions including credit card and cash payments
- Combine and serve an assortment of cocktails and mocktails for patrons
- Provide servers with drinks from the service well if it is part of the process
- Adhere to set guidelines for alcohol service and responsible drinking practices including verifying customers' ages
- Comply with cash management policies and procedures
- Organize and disassemble workstations with a focus on sanitizing and tidying up
- Monitor stock quantities and ensure proper product stocking levels
