Responsibilities include ensuring that high-quality food and beverages are consistently served, adhering to alcohol safety standards including ID verification, delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, accurately handling financial transactions, and fostering a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all patrons. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to work in a dynamic, sometimes noisy environment with exposure to second-hand smoke

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license

Job Duties

  • Ensure that high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age
  • Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas
  • Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment
