The role of Cocktail Server is pivotal in upholding our standards and enhancing guest experience in our cocktail lounge area. This position focuses on delivering attentive, professional, and timely service, with a deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for engaging with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, and contributing to the smooth operation of the bar environment during high volume periods. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, poise, and an ability to maintain focus under pressure, as well as a strong teamwork ethic.

Responsibilities include providing fresh and presentable food service, adhering to governmental and company sanitation and cleanliness standards, assisting the Bar team in preparation and execution of food and beverage delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized lounge environment. The Cocktail Server must communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members to fulfill guest orders accurately, manage POS transactions, and uphold professional communication standards with management and staff.

Ideal candidates will have the flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also demands physical stamina for standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
